Shikhandini received critical acclaim and was featured in prestigious newspapers such as The New Indian Express, The Hans, and News Today, Chennai. The novel was also adapted into an audiobook by a leading production house, making it accessible to a wider audience. In 2024, its Tamil translation rights were sold, and the Kannada translation is currently in progress, further expanding its reach.
Following the success of her debut, Ashwini’s second novel Gift of Life (2021) became an instant favorite among readers across India.
